株式会社オロは、株式会社マイクロメイツがオロのクラウドERP「ZAC」を基幹業務システムとして採用したことを発表しました。マイクロメイツは、ITシステムのユーザー定着化支援やマニュアル作成、コンタクトセンター運営を行い、企業のIT投資効果を最大化するサポートを提供しています。ZACの導入により、予実・収益管理の精緻化や事務作業の効率化を期待しており、案件管理での引合段階のステータス保持や管理会計の実践が可能と評価されました。オロは引き続き、サービス業における実績拡大を目指し、生産性向上に貢献していく方針です。

株式会社オロ（東京都目黒区代表取締役社長執行役員川田篤、以下オロ）は、株式会社マイクロメイツ（東京都中央区代表取締役社長羽方聡、以下マイクロメイツ）がオロのクラウドERP「ZAC」を基幹業務システムとして採用したことを本日発表いたします。

マイクロメイツは、TISインテックグループのグループ会社です。ITシステムのユーザー定着化支援、マニュアル作成、コンタクトセンター運営などのサービスを提供し、企業のIT投資効果の最大化をサポートしています。

同社では、予実・収益管理の精緻化や事務作業の効率化のためにシステム導入を検討していました。選定にあたっては、ZACにより上記の課題解決が期待できるとともに、案件管理において、引合段階のステータスを保持でき、見込を含めた管理会計の実践が可能であることが評価されました。
