【Cherie Brin(シェリーブラン)について】

フランス語で「愛らしい新芽」の意味をもつシェリーブラン。ひとつひとつのフルーツを採れたままのフレッシュな素材の味わいにこだわり、色鮮やかで可愛らしく優しい味わいのスイーツを揃えます。

春、夏、秋、冬、それぞれの季節に収穫される旬のフルーツを使用したタルト専門店です。

東京や神奈川県川崎を中心に9店舗展開し、埼玉県内に2店舗目としてコクーンシティさいたま新都心にオープンいたします。

(1)フランス産イズニーバターを使用したこだわりのタルト生地

フランス産イズニーの発酵バターを使用したタルト台を使用。発酵バターが香るアーモンドクリームを詰めて焼き上げ、固すぎずサクサクの食感のタルト生地に仕上げます。

(2)色鮮やかで新鮮なフルーツを使用した全9種類のタルトケーキ

定番商品と季節ごとに入れ替わるタルトは全9種類ご用意。旬のフルーツを引き立てるよう、搾りたての生乳・新鮮な卵を使用したカスタードクリームにこだわり、バターの風味を感じるタルト生地と新鮮なフルーツを生かすバランスを考えたフルーツタルトです。
