ANAにまつわる音で演奏した「スター・ウォーズのテーマ」　”スター・ウォーズの日”に公開！

全日空（ANA）は、3機のSTAR WARS JETSとANA社員がスター・ウォーズのテーマ曲を奏でる動画、「STAR WARS Main Title arranged by ANA for STAR WARS DAY」を、”スター・ウォーズの日”である、きょう5月4日より公開した。

スター・ウォーズのテーマ曲をANAにまつわる音だけで演奏したもので、映画「スター・ウォーズ」の特別塗装機3機「STAR WARS JETS」と、機体整備士・客室乗務員・機長といった空港・飛行機に関わる様々な人々が登場し、日常の業務の中で生み出す一つ一つの音を組み合わせて、スター・ウォーズのテーマ曲を奏でた。撮影は、客室乗務員の訓練センターや伊丹空港の格納庫、整備センター、成田空港のターミナルや受付カウンター、搭乗ゲート、荷物ソーティングエリア、駐機場、「STAR WARS JETS」のコックピットや客室など、十数箇所で行った。

5月4日は、劇中での名ゼリフ「May the Force be with you」（フォースと共にあらんことを）と「May 4th」（5月4日）を掛けて定められたもので、同日に合わせて公開した。

ANAは、ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパンとのライセンス契約にもとづき、2020年3月まで、「STAR WARSプロジェクト」を展開。「R2-D2 ANA JET」、「STAR WARS ANA JET」、「BB-8 ANA JET」の3機の特別塗装機を運航している。
