新型ポルシェ911（992型）ついに日本上陸！カブリオレも同時発売〈8速PDK化と先進運転支援システムの充実もトピック〉

2018年末のロサンゼルス･モーターショーでベールを脱いだ新型（992型）ポルシェ911が、ついに日本上陸を果たした。ラインナップはカレラSとカレラ4Sで、それぞれクーペとカブリオレをラインナップ。4グレード構成となる。全車8速DCTが組み合わされるほか、ADAS（先進運転支援システム）の充実もトピックだ。

「2018年は7166台を販売し、日本市場におけるポルシェの年間販売台数の過去最高記録を達成しました」と、近年の好調ぶりを説明するポルシェジャパンの七五三木（しめぎ）社長。

　スポーツカーの代名詞、ポルシェ911が八代目となる992型へとモデルチェンジされ、このほど日本に上陸を果たした。

　どこからどう見ても911にしか見えないエクステリアの基本的なアイデンティティは不変だが、水平基調のラインを強調することでワイド感を強調しているのが992型の特徴だ。

　インテリアもそれに同調し……というよりも911の原点に回帰したと言うべきか、水平基調の伸びやかなダッシュボードに5連メーターが据えられた「らしさ」溢れるものになっている。

　エンジンは伝統の水平対向6気筒で、ターボ過給を受け、最高出力450psと最大トルク530Nmを発生する。これは先代比でそれぞれ＋30psと＋30Nmの向上となる。

　トランスミッションは、全車に8速DCT（PDK）が組み合わされる。6速で最高速度に達するため、7速と8速は燃費にも配慮した高速巡航用ということだ。

　その最高速度は308km/hで、これは先代比で＋2km/h、ニュルブルクリンク･ノルトシュライフェのタイムは7分25秒で、同じく5秒の短縮となった。

　そのほか、衝突被害軽減ブレーキや自動再発進機能付きアダプティブクルーズコントロールや、雨天時にスタビリティ重視のセッティングに切り替わるウェットモードを標準装備とするなど、ドライバーエイドの充実も大きなトピックとなっている。
