ビジネスシーンだけでなく、週末家族でアウトドアレジャーを楽しみたい。そんなシチュエーションで使う機会が多い事を踏まえ、街中でもアウトドアシーンでも似合うカスタムとして目指した〝街乗りオフ”。

カスタムの定番でもあるインチアップ&ローダウンではなく、デルタフォースの17インチホイールを履き、タイヤもホワイトレターのゴツゴツ系に。さらにアウトドアシーンではちょっと浮いてしまうからと、メッキパーツをラッピングでマットブラックにアレンジした。そんなアルファードに乗るオーナーから不満点!?　の一報が。

スロコンの効果は即体感!!

スロコンをオートモードで使ってみて、目に見えて変化したのが燃費。今まで10km/Lを超えたことがありませんでしたが、10.5km/Lまで伸びました。それからアクセルを踏んだ時の印象が違う。車重のせいか、アクセルを踏み込んでもみょうにもたつきを感じましたが、軽く踏み込むだけでスーーーっと伸びていく感じ。それと我が家の駐車場を出るときに、結構きつい段差があって、以前は段差を超えるとボディがガクンガクンよれる感じがありました。それが安定した感じ。タワーバーの効果でしょうか。

ストラットタワーバー

ダンパー上部のストラットを左右で連結することで、ボディ剛性を高めるストラットタワーバー。走行時にうけるボディのヨレや歪みを補正することによって、サスペンション性能をより引き出す効果も合わせ持つ。
