東北大学、産業技術総合研究所、滋賀県立大学、ブリヂストンが共同で、ポリオレフィンのマテリアルリサイクル技術の確立を目指した研究プロジェクトをスタートさせました。このプロジェクトでは、ポリオレフィンを電子顕微鏡で「観る」、分子構造を解析して「解く」、最適な材料を合成して「操る」といった技術を用います。これにより、再利用可能な新しい資源循環型ポリオレフィン材料の開発を目指しています。

・東北大学、産業技術総合研究所、滋賀県立大学、およびブリヂストンは、プラスチックの一種であるポリオレフィンのマテリアルリサイクル技術確立に向けた共同研究を開始しました。

【概要】
国立大学法人東北大学（以下、東北大学）、国立研究開発法人産業技術総合研究所（以下、産総研）、公立大学法人滋賀県立大学（以下、滋賀県立大学）、および株式会社ブリヂストン（以下、ブリヂストン）は、プラスチックの一種であるポリオレフィンのマテリアルリサイクル技術確立に向けた共同研究を開始しました。

本プロジェクトでは、ポリオレフィンを電子顕微鏡観察で「観る」、分子構造を解析して「解く」、様々な手法で最適な性質の材料を合成し「操る」技術を用いて、繰り返しリサイクルできる新しい資源循環型ポリオレフィン材料の開発指針の確立を目指します。
