積水ハウス株式会社は、「PRIDE指標2024」で7年連続最高位の「ゴールド」を獲得し、住宅業界初の「レインボー認定」を3年連続で取得しました。この認定は、LGBTQ+の人々が自分らしく働ける社会の実現を目指し、他のセクターと協働する企業を評価するものです。積水ハウスは、マリオット・インターナショナルと共同で、岐阜県のホテルで特定非営利活動法人ASTAとLGBTQ研修を実施しました。積水ハウスは、多様性と包摂を推進し、「わが家」を世界一幸せな場所にするビジョンに基づき活動を続けています。

　積水ハウス株式会社は、一般社団法人work with Prideが策定した、職場におけるLGBTQ＋などの性的マイノリティ（以下、「LGBTQ+」）に対する企業の取り組みの評価指標「PRIDE指標2024」において、最高位である「ゴールド」を７年連続で受賞しました。また、セクターを超えた協業を推進する企業を表彰する「レインボー認定」を３年連続で取得しました。３年連続の受賞は住宅業界初です。

　「レインボー認定」は、LGBTQ+の人々が自分らしく働ける職場・社会づくりの実現に向け、自社
単独の取り組みでできる範囲を超えて、国・自治体・学術機関・NPO/NGO などとの、セクターを超えた協働を推進する企業・団体を評価する評価指標です。今年は、積水ハウスがマリオット・インターナショナルと展開するホテル「フェアフィールド･バイ･マリオット･岐阜郡上」において、「特定非営利活動法人ASTA」と共同で実施したLGBTQ研修が評価されました。
