特定非営利活動法人CHILLは2024年9月25日と10月9日にムラサキスポーツとの協力で、大阪府吹田市のムラサキパークららぽーとEXPOCITYにおいてスケートボードプログラムを実施しました。対象は、大阪府のフリースクールYADOLIとフリースクールここの児童40名以上で、初めてスケートボードを体験する子供たちも多く参加しました。参加者はプロライダーやインストラクターの指導の下、スケートボードの基礎を学び自信をつけました。プログラム終了後にはプロライダーによるデモンストレーションも行われ、参加者たちはスケートボードの楽しさを実感しました。今後も継続的に子供たちにスケートボード体験を提供していく予定です。

　特定非営利活動法人CHILL（NPO法人 CHILL）は、2024年9月25日水曜日と2024年10月9日水曜日の2日間にわたり、ムラサキパークららぽーと EXPOCITY（大阪府吹田市）にて、株式会社ムラサキスポーツ全面協力のもと、CHILLのプログラムに初参加する大阪府のフリースクールYADOLI、フリースクールここの子供たち40名以上を招待し、スケートボードプログラムを実施した。

1日目（2024年9月25日水曜日）
　41名もの子供たちがCHILLのプログラムに初参加。

　最初は自信の無い子供たちもいたが、スケートボードに乗って少しずつ感覚を覚えていき、1日目のわずか2時間でほぼ全員がスケートボードの楽しさと難しさを感じながら、休憩もそこそこに早く乗りたいがあふれていた。

　スケートボードを未経験の子供たちが多い中、ムラサキスポーツのインストラクター、プロライダー、CHILLライダーの的確で丁寧なレクチャーに子供たちのやる気が重なり、ドンドン上手くなっていく。

　子供たちの自信が増し、ボランティアスタッフとのコミュニケーションも自然と増え、上手く乗れたらハイタッチが自然に出ていた。

2日目（2024年10月9日水曜日）
　1日目のプログラムに参加した子供たちを含む43人がスケートボードに挑戦。

　前回は緊張した顔を覗かせていた子供たちも、今回は最初からリラックスムード。

　準備体操、基礎練習とスムーズに進んでいき、スケートボード2日目とは思えないぐらい乗る感覚をつかみ、楽しんでいるのが見て取れる。

　練習が進むにつれて徐々にレベルが上がる中、新しい技をチャレンジする子供たちの真剣な表情が印象的であった。

　子供たちの頑張りにムラサキスポーツからご褒美として、10/5・10/6に第7回マイナビ日本スケートボード選手権大会 supported by Murasaki Sports ストリートが開催されたスケートパーク1Fに移動し、レッスンを継続。

　最後にプロライダー、CHILLライダーのデモンストレーションを見て、スケートボードの凄さ、楽しさをさらに感じた様子であった。

　無事怪我もなく、全員立派なスケーターになった。今後もスケートボードを続けてもらいたいものである。

　ボードスポーツを通じて子どもたちの前向きでポジティブな選択を応援することが使命です。1995年にBURTONスノーボードの創始者ジェイク・バートンとドナ・カーペンターにより創設されました。現在世界10か国24都市で活動しています。
　日本では1995年に発生した阪神淡路大震災で家族を失ってしまった子どもたちに、六甲山にてスノーボード体験を提供したのが始まりです。 (2001年3月)
　その後、2003年から特定非営利活動法人 CHILL JAPAN として活動を本格化し、東日本大震災、熊本地震で被災した地域の子どもたち、児童養護施設、フリースクール等の児童生徒を毎年スキー場に招待しています。
　近年ではスノーボードだけでなく、スケートボードやスラックラインの体験も提供しています。
