　株式会社電通デジタル（本社：東京都港区　代表取締役社長執行役員：瀧本恒　以下、電通デジタル）は、当社のパーパス「人の心を動かし、価値を創造し、世界のあり方を変える。」を具現化する存在である所属パラアスリートを紹介する特設サイトをリニューアルしましたのでお知らせします。

　この度リニューアルした特設サイトでは、アスリートたちが自身の障がいについてや競技との出会いなどを語るインタビューページを新設し、メインビジュアルおよびアスリート写真の刷新を行い、当社のパーパスとアスリートたちの逞しさを表現しました。

　電通デジタルは、「DEI（ダイバーシティ、エクイティ、インクルージョン）」を推進しており、多様な社員が自分らしくいきいきと働ける環境を目指しています。スポーツの分野においても、夢の実現を目指す選手や競技を支援していくと同時に、変化の著しいデジタル社会の中で、障がいのある方々が働きやすい多様性のある環境づくりを推進しています。

　電通デジタルには、当社のパーパス「人の心を動かし、価値を創造し、世界のあり方を変える。」を具現化する存在として、13人のパラアスリートが所属しています。当社はパラスポーツの普及・振興に貢献すべく、パラアスリートの活動を支援しており、パラアスリートの活躍を通じて、人々に感動を与え、世の中を変えていくことに挑戦していきたいと考えています。
