サーラコーポレーションは安江工務店の公開買付けを完了し、26日に子会社化予定。議決権割合88.82％の株式を34.39億円で取得。野村證券が決済を担当し、安江工務店の株式は上場廃止される。

*17:49JST サーラコーポレーション---安江工務店の株券等の公開買付けを終了、子会社化サーラコーポレーション<2734>は20日、安江工務店<1439>の普通株式及び同新株予約
権の金融商品取引法に基づく公開買付けを19日に終了し、26日付けで子会社化する予定であると発表した。

同社は、安江工務店の普通株式1,599,901株（議決権所有割合88.82％）を、34.39億円（1株につき2,150円）で取得した。同新株予約権は1個につき1円である。野村ホールディングス<8604>の子会社の野村證券が、26日より買付け等の決済を開始する。買付けは、金銭にて行う。安江工務店の株式は、東京証券取引所及び名古屋証券取引所の上場廃止基準に従い、所定の手続きを経て上場廃止となる。＜ST＞
