日産東京販売ホールディングスは、自己株式7,000,000株を2,961,000,000円で取得し完了した。この取得は資本効率の向上と経営環境の変化に対応する資本政策のため。また、株式売出と需給影響を緩和する目的もある。

*13:34JST 日産東京販売ホールディングス---自己株式立会外買付取引による自己株式の取得結果及び自己株式の取得終了日産東京販売ホールディングス<8291>は6日、自己株式の取得について、買付けを行ったことを発表した。なお、今回の取得を以て、2024年12月4日の取締役会決議に基づく自己株式の取得は終了した。
取得した株式の総数は7,000,000株、総額2,961,000,000円。
本自己株式取得は、資本効率の向上を図るとともに、将来の経営環境の変化に対応した機動的な資本政策の遂行を可能とする。また、2024年12月4日付けで公表した「株式の売出しに関するお知らせ」に記載の同社普通株式の売出しに伴う同社株式需給への影響を緩和する観点から、自己株式の取得を行うものである。＜ST＞
