CRI・ミドルウェアは、事業の成長と企業価値の向上を株主への最大の利益還元と位置づけ、配当に関しては連結配当性向30%を基準に決定しています。法令に特に定めがない限り、剰余金の配当は取締役会の決議により行われます。期末配当の基準日は毎年9月30日、中間配当の基準日は3月31日と定めています。2024年9月期には1株当たり配当金を当初予想から5円増配し20円に、2025年9月期には20円を予定しています。

CRI・ミドルウェア<3698>は、事業拡大と企業価値の向上こそが株主に対する最大の利益還元であると考えている。剰余金の配当については、成長投資と株主還元のバランスを総合的に勘案のうえ、連結配当性向30%を目安に決定する方針である。また、会社法第459条第1項の規定に基づき、法令に別段の定めのある場合を除き、取締役会の決議をもって剰余金の配当を行うことができる旨及び期末配当の基準日を毎年9月30日、中間配当の基準日を毎年3月31日とする旨を定款で定めている。以上の方針及び業績を踏まえ、2024年9月期の1株当たり配当金は、当初予想から5.0円増配し、1株当たり20.0円とした。2025年9月期の1株当たり配当金は20.0円を予定している。
