クシムは、取締役田原弘貴氏の情報漏洩と不適切行為の関与を調査するため、社内調査委員会を設置しました。委員会は事実確認や発生原因の解析を行い、必要とされる事項も調査します。

*10:55JST クシム：取締役田原弘貴氏の社内情報漏洩、不適切行為への関与有無の社内調査委員会設置クシム<2345>は2024年11月25日付「取締役１名に対する辞任勧告の決議および社内調査委員会設置に関するお知らせ」に基づき、社内調査委員会を設置することを発表した。

調査委員会への委託事項は、クシムの取締役である田原弘貴氏の社内情報漏洩、不適切行為への関与の有無の事実調査、上記に類似する事案の有無およびその内容等に関する調査、発生原因の究明と分析、その他社内調査委員会が必要と認めた事項となる。

調査委員会の構成は、委員長：望月真克氏（クシム社外取締役監査等委員）、委員：水上高佑氏（渥美坂井法律事務所・外国法共同事業_シニアパートナー弁護士）、委員：清水真一郎氏（渥美坂井法律事務所・外国法共同事業_パートナー弁護士）。
