フォーバルは、2025年3月期第2四半期の連結決算を発表し、売上高が前年同期比10.7%増の338.39億円に達しました。フォーバルビジネスグループとフォーバルテレコムビジネスグループがともに2桁の増益を記録しました。ビジネスグループは、セキュリティやサーバー関連の成長と新しい連結グループ会社の貢献が主な要因であり、売上高は174.64億円で、26.8%の増益を実現しました。一方、テレコムビジネスグループは電力サービスの増加により、売上高124.52億円、利益11.2%増を達成しています。ただし、総合環境コンサルティングビジネスは売上と利益が減少しました。通期の業績予想では、営業利益や当期純利益の増加を見込んでいますが、計画は変更されていません。

フォーバルビジネスグループの売上高は前年同期比12.6%増の174.64億円、セグメント利益は同26.8%増の10.99億円となった。アイコンサービスが堅調に推移したほか、セキュリティやサーバー関連が増加したことに加え、新たに連結したグループ会社が寄与した。

フォーバルテレコムビジネスグループの売上高は前年同期比11.7%増の124.52億円、セグメント利益は同11.2%増の5.64億円となった。電力サービスが増加した。

総合環境コンサルティングビジネスグループの売上高は前年同期比5.4%減の25.58億円、セグメント利益は同 49.3%減の0.32億円となった。太陽光発電システムやLEDなどが減少した。

人的資本経営の売上高は前年同期比12.8%増の13.65億円、セグメント利益は同50.6%減の0.96億円となった。新たに連結したグループ会社が寄与したが、セミナーなどの教育事業が減少した。

2025年3月期通期の連結業績予想については、売上高が前期比5.5%増の670.00億円、営業利益が同11.3%増の36.00億円、経常利益が同7.0%増の37.00億円、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益が同4.4%増の21.00億円とする期初計画を据え置いている。＜ST＞
