GMOメディアは2024年12月期の業績予想及び配当予想を修正し、上方修正を発表しました。これは、ソリューション事業におけるパートナー需要の低迷と一部メディアの選択と集中による売上への影響がある一方で、EdTechや美容医療の成長、AIとRPAの活用による業務効率化が進展していることが背景にあります。これにより、営業利益や当期純利益が増加する見込みです。さらに、通期予想の上方修正により、配当予想も1株当たり144円に引き上げられ、上場10期目の記念配当として30円の増配も決定しました。

*15:15JST GMOメディア--通期業績予想及び配当予想の修正 GMOメディア<6180>は11月6日、2月5日付けで発表した2024年12月期通期業績予想及び配当予想の修正を公開した。同社はメディア事業、ソリューション事業、コンテンツ事業などを開発、運営している。2024年12月期の見通しでは、ソリューション事業におけるパートナー需要の低迷や、メディア事業の選択と集中の取り組みにおける売上高への影響が見込まれている。その一方で、同社のメディア投資育成事業EdTech及び美容医療の成長や、AIとRPAの利活用による業務効率化の進展により、営業利益率の改善が期待される。営業利益、経常利益及び親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益も増加の見通しとなった結果、2024年12月期通期業績予想の上方修正を行った。
今回の業績予想の上方修正を受け、当期の期末配当予想は23円増額。1株144円となった。また同社が2020年12月期に開始した5カ年計画の達成と、2024年12月期に迎える上場10期目の記念配当として、30円の増配が決定した。
