プログリットは2024年8月31日を基準とする初の剰余金配当を発表。1株当たり13円で、2024年11月28日に効力発生。過去最高の業績を背景に、株主への利益還元と企業価値向上を目指す。

*13:14JST プログリット---剰余金の配当(初配) プログリット<9560>は5日、2024年8月31日を基準日とする剰余金の配当について発表し、2024年11月27日開催予定の第8回定時株主総会に付議する。

1株当たり配当金は13円00銭、効力発生日は2024年11月28日、配当原資は利益剰余金とする。

同社は、当事業年度において過去最高の売上高及び利益(営業利益・経常利益・当期純利益)となり、今後も高い収益性を維持しながらの事業拡大が可能であると考えている。中長期的な企業価値の向上を目指した成長投資を引き続き行いつつも、株主に対する継続的な利益還元を実施することが可能と判断し、剰余金の配当を開始する。剰余金の配当を安定的かつ継続的に実施していくため、年1回の期末配当として配当性向30％程度を目安とすることを基本方針とした。＜ST＞
