フォーシーズHDは関東エリアの太陽光発電所10件の土地利用権を取得すると発表しました。発電容量は1.1MWで、2024年10月に売買契約を締結予定です。取得先や価格は非公表。これらの発電所は許認可確認や設計のアドバイス、進行管理、完成確認などのコンサルティング業務を通じて開発され、2024年11月に土地利用権の売買契約が締結されます。最終的に、2025年3月末までに発電所の完成と引き渡しが予定されています。

*17:20JST フォーシーズＨＤ---太陽光発電所土地利用権購入決定フォーシーズＨＤ<3726>は30日、関東エリアにおける太陽光発電所10件の土地利用権を購入すると発表した。
今回、同社は関東エリアにおける発電容量計DC約1.1MWの太陽光発電所の土地利用権を取得することを決定した。
本発電所については、2024年10月31日付で取得先と太陽光発電所の商品売買契約を締結する予定である。本発電所の取得先ならびに取得価格については、取得先との守秘義務に基づき公表を控える。
10件の発電所は、今後、本発電所の建設に関する許認可・法務等の確認、商品(製品としての発電所設備等)の仕様・設計の助言、工事の進行管理、商品(製品としての発電所設備等)の完成確認等を実施する太陽光発電設置におけるコンサルティング業務を行う事として、本発電所を売却することをを目的としている。
2024年11月下旬に太陽光発電所開発業者に本発電所の土地利用権における売買契約を締結し、工事・設備の完工、配電設備の連系を経て2025年3月末に引渡す予定で進める。
