株式会社フォーバルは、地域の経営課題解決やGDX（グリーン及びデジタルトランスフォーメーション）人材育成を目指し、明星大学経営学部と包括連携協定を締結しました。この協定により、フォーバルはGDXに関するアドバイスを提供するほか、学生に対するDXアドバイザー検定取得の支援、専門家の派遣、インターンシップの実施などを通じて、実践的な学びの場を確保します。さらに、両者は一般社団法人首都圏産業活性化協会の会員として、多摩地区の中小企業活性化プロジェクトにも参加し、地域活性化に向けて協力します。

明星大学経営学部では、地域創生や地域活性化に貢献するため、学生が自らビジネスを企画・運営し、実践的な経営学を学んでいる。協定締結を受けて、フォーバルは、GDXに関するアドバイスの実施、在学生に対するDXアドバイザー検定取得の支援、専門家や講師の派遣、インターンシップを通じた学びの場の提供などの支援を行い、GDX人材育成に向けた取り組みを推進していく。さらに、同社と明星大学はともに一般社団法人首都圏産業活性化協会の会員であることから、多摩地区の中小企業活性化プロジェクトにも参画し、協力して取り組んでいく。
