井関農機は17日、環境保全型農業のサポートとして「J-クレジットかんたん収入シミュレーション」を発表しました。このツールは、生産者が環境に優しい農業を通じて収益を得ることを可能にします。J-クレジット制度を活用し、温室効果ガス削減の取り組みをクレジットとして取引するための支援を行うものです。同社は生産者が水稲栽培でクレジットをうまく活用できるよう、中干し期間延長提案やクレジットの申請サポートを予定しています。シミュレーションツールは、少ない情報で収入見込みを試算でき、生産者の意思決定を助けます。この取り組みは、環境への負担を減らしながら収益を拡大する新たな農業モデルの普及を目指しています。

J-クレジット制度は、企業や個人が温室効果ガス削減の取り組みを通じて創出された削減量をクレジットとして取引できる仕組みで、環境負荷低減と新たな収入源の創出を両立するアプローチとして注目を集めている。

同社グループでは、2024年より生産者へ本制度の「水稲栽培における中干し期間の延長」を提案するとともに、創出されたクレジット申請作業の支援に取り組んでいる。本シミュレーションでは、地域・ほ場条件・面積の簡単な情報を入力するだけで、利用者の条件での概算金額を試算できる。

J-クレジットへの取り組みを検討する生産者の一助となる本ツールの提供を通じて、生産者の収益拡大と環境負荷低減に資する環境保全型農業の取り組み拡大を図っていく。
