ビーロットは東京の新橋センタープレイスにある本社オフィスの9階を新たに賃借し、オフィス面積を拡大すると発表しました。既存の10階に加えて、2025年4月に増床される予定であり、総賃借面積は1185.15平方メートルに達します。このオフィス拡張は、人材確保とエンゲージメントの向上を目的とし、最新のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）設備を導入して柔軟な労働環境を整備する施策の一環です。同社は、本社常勤者を3年以内に100名以上に増やし、ステークホルダーや地域社会への価値創出を強化することを目指しています。

同社は、富裕層や国内外の投資家に向けた不動産・資産コンサルティングサービスを展開し、事業規模の拡大を図り、本社・支社の設立や移転を行ってきた。今回、新橋駅直結の東京本社も、オフィスフロアを2025年4月（予定）に増床する。増床後の賃借面積は、1185.15平方メートル（9階594.21平方メートル/10階590.94平方メートル）である。人材資本への積極投資に付随する施策として、増員を見据えた受容スペース確保・リフレッシュスペースや最新のDX設備の充実により、柔軟で働きやすい環境づくり及び従業員エンゲージメントの向上を企図する。

同社は、3年後に東京本社常勤者100名超を目指し、ステークホルダーや地域社会への価値創出をさらに強化していく。
