*13:12JST あかつき本社---自己株式取得に係る事項の決定、総額2.5億円を予定あかつき本社<8737>は14日、会社法第165条第3項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法156条の規定に基づき、自己株式取得に係る事項について決議したことを発表。

同社は、経営環境の変化に対応した機動的な資本政策の遂行と株主還元の充実等を図ることを目的とし、直近の株価水準も勘案のうえ、自己株式の取得を行うことを決定した。なお、役員向け株式給付信託（BBT）による将来の株式給付に備えて、今回取得する自己株式の一部を、当該信託（BBT）に割り当てる可能性がある。
株式の取得価額の総額の上限は2.5億円、取得する株式の総数の上限は50万株（発行済株式総数（自己株式を除く）に対する割合1.6％）を予定している。
取得する期間は2024年8月15日から2025年3月31日までとしている。
