*12:57JST エスプール---全国51施設目、障がい者の雇用創出を目的とした「わーくはぴねす農園」を開設エスプール<2471>は31日、子会社のエスプールプラスが、大阪府大阪市に「ソーシャルファーム　わーくはぴねす農園 Plus 大阪第2」を2024年9月(予定)に開設することを発表した。

今回開設する農園は、全国51施設目、大阪府内で6施設目となり、知的・精神障がい者を中心に111名の雇用が創出される予定。
農園は障がい者の安全を考慮した仕様となっており、就業者の定着率は92％を超え、現在農園を利用する企業は640社に達し、4,100名を超える障がい者が一般就労を実現している。
障がい者の法定雇用率の引き上げやサステナビリティの意識の高まりにより、積極的に障がい者雇用に取り組む企業が増加する一方、採用は身体障がい者に集中しており、知的障がい者や精神障がい者の就業機会の拡大が求められている。
エスプールプラスでは、障がい者雇用機会のさらなる拡大に向けて新たな農園を開設するとしている。
