*14:11JST NCD Research Memo（11）：株主還元は連結配当性向30%以上目安 ■成長戦略

3. 株主還元策
NCD<4783>は利益配分について、中期経営計画「Vision2026」のスタートに伴って2024年3月期より、連結配当性向の目安を30%以上に設定した。この基本方針に基づいて、2024年3月期の1株当たり配当予想は2023年3月期比12.00円増配の32.00円（第2四半期末16.00円、期末16.00円）としている。予想配当性向は30.4%となる。また株主還元の一環として株主優待制度も実施している。毎年9月30日現在の1,000株（10単元）以上保有株主を対象として、保有株式数及び継続保有期間に応じて優待品（クオカード）を贈呈している。弊社では2024年3月期連結業績の会社予想は上振れの可能性が高いと考えており、配当についても上振れの可能性があるだろうと考えている。
