*09:46JST TWOSTONE&Sons---2023年8月期連結業績予想と実績に差異、投資有価証券評価損を計上 TWOSTONE&Sons<7352>は13日、2023年8月期連結業績予想と実績に差異が生じたことと、同期に投資有価証券評価損を計上することを発表。

積極的な広告投資、採用及び営業体制の強化によるMidworks事業における稼働人数の上振れに伴う増収に加え、組織体制強化と効率的な広告運用などの業務効率化の実現により、売上高100.56億円（前回予想11.4％）、営業利益3.19億円（同25.6％）、経常利益3.13億円（同26.8％）、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益1.70億円（同0.9％）となり、前回発表の予想を上回る結果となった。

同社は、「TSS ファンド」を運営し、複数のベンチャー企業に対して出資を行っている。この度、出資先企業の株式について「金融商品に関する会計基準」に基づき評価をした結果、株式の実質価値が著しく低下する見込みとなり、2023年8月期に評価損の計上を行い、投資有価証券評価損として0.46億円を特別損失に計上する。
