2020年10月6日付『（開示事項の経過）当社のGroup Lease PCLに対する現状の認識について』で開示している通り、シンガポール共和国の控訴裁判所は、GLの完全子会社であるGroup Lease Holdings Pte.Ltd.（以下、「GLH」）、此下益司氏ほか5社に対し、JTRUST ASIA PTE. LTD.（以下、「Ｊトラストアジア」）へ、損害賠償として、70,006,122.49米ドル及び131,817.80シンガポールドルの合計額とともに、シンガポールにおける訴訟費用を支払うよう命じる判決を言い渡している。

2021年5月14日付『（開示事項の経過）当社のGroup Lease PCLに対する現状の認識について』で開示している通り、Ｊトラストアジアは、これまでに62,450,000米ドル及び958,169.05シンガポールドルを回収した。さらに2021年7月9日、Ｊトラストアジアは、GLHより、当該判決に基づく訴訟費用の支払いとして、1,159,500.18米ドルを受領した。Ｊトラストアジアとしては、当該判決に基づく利息を含めた債権の残額の回収に向けて引き続き尽力するとしている。
