パートナーエージェント<6181>は16日、同社の成婚退会者向け新生活サポートサービス領域において、弁護士法人春田法律事務所との間で業務提携を行うことを発表した。

欧米で認知度が高い婚前契約書は、近年、日本でも婚姻前に作成する方が非常に増えてきており、家事・育児のルール、財産の管理方法等の結婚生活に関わる事柄について婚姻前に話し合い、法的効力のある婚前契約書として定めることで、無用な争いを未然に防ぎ、幸せな結婚生活を持続させる効果が期待できるとされている。
こうしたなか、パートナーエージェントを利用する顧客へ婚姻前に結婚生活について話し合う機会を提供するため、婚前契約を含め多様な実績を有する春田法律事務所と婚前契約書に係る業務提携を締結した。
