梅の花<7604>は、株式会社テラケンの発行済株式58％の取得・連結子会社化を決定した。

梅の花グループは、外食事業として日本料理の店舗展開、テイクアウト事業として巻き寿司・いなり寿司等の販売店及び和総菜・お弁当の販売店の店舗展開を行っている。
さらに外販事業では、製造部門との連携による新商品の開発や製造販売強化に取り組んでいる。

テラケンは、主に「海産物居酒屋さくら水産」の展開を主軸に計39店舗を運営している。

本件により、梅の花グループは、購買や物流面でのシナジー創出に取り組むとともに、組織の活性化を図ることで、長期的なグループの事業基盤の拡大を目指す。
