アウトソーシング<2427>は8月31日、英国のALLEN LANE TOPCO LIMITEDの株式82.5％を取得し子会社化することを決議したと発表。取得価額は30.79億円。なお、同件により、政府向け人材派遣事業を営むALLEN LANE LIMITEDが同社の孫会社となる。

ALLEN LANE LIMITEDは2004年創業で、英国にて主に政府系及び非営利セクターの派遣事業を展開する人材サービス会社。英国の中央政府及び地方政府への人材派遣サービスに強みを持ち、とりわけ経理・ファイナンス系の人材に強く、高い採用力を活かして政府プロジェクトへの人材紹介エージェントとしても実績を重ねている。

同社グループは、中期経営計画で成長戦略の柱の一つである公共系アウトソーシング事業拡大へのシナジー効果に期待を寄せており、さらに比較的制度の似た豪州等の英連邦諸国への展開にも積極的に取り組み、事業安定化と業容拡大の両立を加速させたいとしている。
