ヨシムラ・フード・ホールディングス<2884>は27日、連結子会社であるJSTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.が、カンボジア王国に子会社を設立すると発表した。

同社は2017年12月にシンガポールで日本食(寿司等)の製造・販売をおこなうJSTTの株式を譲受。高い経済成長率を維持し今後も長期にわたり人口の増加が見込まれるカンボジア王国に新会社を設立し、カンボジア王国のスーパーマーケットに対して同社グループ商品を販売し、JSTTが持つノウハウを活かしてカンボジア王国にて日本食（寿司等）ビジネスをおこなっていく。

同社は、少子高齢化により市場の縮小が見込まれる日本だけでなく、今後も成長が見込まれ日本の美味しく安心・安全な食品へのニーズが高まるアジア市場において販路を獲得し、売上を伸ばしていくことを成長戦略の一つとしている。
