■株主還元策

ALBERT<3906>では、永続的な利益成長を目指し、その成長に応じて株主への利益還元を行っていく方針だが、現段階では収益成長を図っていくための内部留保の充実、並びに成長に必要となる投資に優先的に資金を投下し、業績を早期に回復していくことが重要と判断し、配当については無配を継続することとしている。今後、収益成長により内部留保が充実した段階で改めて配当については検討していくことになる。

■情報セキュリティ対策
同社では、情報セキュリティ及び情報保護に対する対策は経営の最重要課題の1つとして位置付けて、体制の強化や社員教育を通じて、システムとデータの保守・管理に万全を尽くすとともに、プライバシーマークの認定を取得し、社内規定に従って個人情報の取扱いへの対応も実施している。今後は情報セキュリティマネジメントの国際規格でもあるISMS（情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム）についても認証の取得を検討している。
