ニフティライフは、第2四半期の好業績発表を受けて株価が上昇しました。売上高は前年同期比44.4%増の21.59億円と過去最高を記録。不動産テック領域のドアーズの連結効果や、主力サービスであるニフティ不動産でのプロモーション精度向上が大きな要因です。一方、営業利益以下の段階利益は、ドアーズの連結子会社化に伴う一時的な費用で前年同期比減少しましたが、第1四半期からは減少幅が縮小しています。
