株式会社アクトプロは11月15日、心斎橋の#C-plaに自動外貨両替機「SMART EXCHANGE」を設置しました。これは#C-plaでの4拠点目の設置であり、大阪を訪れる外国人観光客の増加に対応する取り組みの一環です。大阪観光局の予測によると、2024年には大阪を訪れる外国人の数が1,400万人に達する見込みで、その受け入れ態勢の強化が求められています。アクトプロは空港や駅、宿泊施設などに外貨両替機を設置することで、外国人観光客の便宜を図り、インバウンド消費の拡大に貢献しています。また、コロナ禍にも関わらず設置を続け、国内最多の650台が稼働中です。訪日観光客の増加と円安の影響で、外貨両替の需要は依然として高まっています。

株式会社アクトプロ（所在地：東京都港区）は11月15日、#C-pla心斎橋筋2丁目店（大阪府大阪市）に自動外貨両替機「SMART EXCHANGE」を設置しました。#C-plaでの設置は4店舗目となります。

大阪観光局は2024年5月、2024年に大阪を訪れる外国人客数が1,400万人になる見通しを発表しました。大阪府内の観光名所には多くの外国人が訪れており、あらゆる場所でキャッシュレスの普及が進んでいるものの、まだまだ現金決済が必要な場面も多いのが現状です。
アクトプロは、空港や駅をはじめ宿泊施設やドラッグストアなど旅の動線上に自動外貨両替機を設置することで、インバウンドによる消費拡大に寄与していきます。

■設置実績全国トップの外貨両替機、コロナ禍後に利用増
アクトプロはSMART EXCHANGE事業を2016年6月にスタートしました。国内最多の設置実績を誇っています。訪日客が激減したコロナ禍にも地道に設置を続け、現在全国で約650台が稼働中です。各地での外国人観光客の受け入れ再開や円安の影響を受け、両替総額は増加し続けています。
