2024年11月29日、株式会社ホームショッピング（本社：札幌市、代表：林敬介）は、キャンドル製造を行う株式会社キャンドリーの全株式を取得し完全子会社化しました。キャンドリーは札幌で商品の企画から製造を手作りで行い、ユーモア溢れるキャンドルを制作しています。ホームショッピングはキャンドリーを傘下に加えることで、オンライン販売を中心にサービス品質とブランド価値の向上を目指します。
