雑穀の普及に取り組む一般社団法人日本雑穀協会は、1月18日（水）～31日（火）の期間、日本雑穀アワード2023《一般食品部門》《フローズン食品部門》におけるエントリ―商品を受付いたします。2023年の国際雑穀年を迎え、その始まりに、雑穀の価値あるおいしさを伝えます。

小売店舗や宅配、通信販売等により全国的な流通が可能な、賞味期限表示の雑穀加工食品

《一般食品部門》常温、または冷蔵状態で流通する雑穀加工食品
　ミックス雑穀、ミックス粉、レトルト食品、菓子食品、乾麺、飲料など

《フローズン食品部門》冷凍状態で流通する雑穀加工食品
　パン、スイーツ、アイスクリーム、弁当、総菜、ごはん、おにぎりなど

雑穀を使った優れた食品の表彰を通じて、健全な雑穀の市場形成につなげる制度です。2011年の創設から優れた食品が金賞を受賞し、雑穀の魅力やおいしさを多くの方に伝えています。商品審査は、雑穀の幅広い知識やスキルを有する、雑穀アドバイザー、雑穀クリエイター認定者によって厳正、公正に行われ、ひとつの選択基準を示します。
