株式会社ハー・ストーリィ（本社：東京都港区代表取締役日野佳恵子）は、15歳以上の女性を対象に、「購買行動の軸変化」についての調査を実施しました。

Q.「住まい・暮らし」関連商品・サービスを購入するうえで重要なポイントとなるのは何ですか？当てはまるものを上位３つ選んでください。

「使いやすく、機能的であること」が約7割。女性たちはインテリアや家電などを購入する際に、デザインよりも利便性や機能性を求めていることがわかる。2020年以降おうち時間が増えたことを反映して、「くつろぎ、癒やしの空間となり、居心地が良くなるもの」が2 位となった。住空間を居心地よく便利にしたいという価値観や、家中需要は2022年も続いていくだろう。

Q.重要なポイントとして挙げた内容が判断基準となり、購入した「住まい・暮らし」関連商品・サービスを教えてください。

ルンバやダイソン、掃除機、という回答が並ぶ。Withコロナの生活で以前より家で過ごす時間が長くなったことを受けて、部屋の掃除に意識が向いていることがわかる。便利な掃除グッズや掃除家電の需要は今後も続くと推測される。また、枕、マットレスという答えもあった。健康を重視する中で睡眠に注目が集まっている。2022年はスリープテック商品や睡眠関連サービスにも注目したい。
