業界初のeコマース専用iPaaS「コマースロボ」などを運営する株式会社コマースロボティクス（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役：伊藤彰弘）は、この度2022年1月1日付で、執行役員COOとして新妻桂が就任したことをお知らせします。

法政大学経済学部卒業、株式会社インタラクティブブレインズ代表取締役歴任

■就任の背景
株式会社コマースロボティクスはこれまでeコマース向けDX事業を中心に事業展開してきましたが、コロナ禍の中、デジタル化・クラウド化の動きが予想を上回る速さで進んでいるため、事業領域をエンタープライズDX、eコマースDX、クロスボーダーDXの3分野に拡大させて、新たなクラウドサービスを開発・投入していきます。特にエンタープライズDX事業を今後の主軸事業に移行していく方針で、業界初のSFA＋ERP統合型基幹システムを開発中です。

DX事業をさらに加速させるため2024年にIPOを目指しており、新規事業体制の強化が急務となっております。

今回執行役員COO就任は、今後の事業拡大において重要視される組織の拡大および新規事業であるDX事業の実現を加速させていくことを目的とし、更なる事業拡大を進めていきます。
