川崎--(BUSINESS WIRE)--（ビジネスワイヤ） -- 東芝デバイス＆ストレージ株式会社は、4a接点で業界最小^[注1]実装面積の電圧駆動型フォトリレー「TLP3407SRA4」、「TLP3412SRHA4」および「TLP3475SRHA4」の3品種を製品化し、本日から出荷を開始します。

新製品は、当社初の4回路入り4a接点のフォトリレーで、新開発の小型S-VSON16Tパッケージを採用し、業界最小^[注1]の標準実装面積12.5mm²を実現しました。また電圧駆動型のため、入力側に抵抗を内蔵しており、外付け抵抗が不要です。これらの特長により、実装基板上の省スペース化が図れフォトリレーの搭載数を増やすことができます。限られた基板サイズに多数のリレーを搭載する半導体テスターなどの用途に適しています。

動作温度は最大125°Ｃまで対応しており、温度の高い場所でも使用できる上、機器の温度設計マージンを確保しやすくなります。
