東芝：電池駆動機器の低消費電力化に貢献、低トリガーLED 電流を実現したフォトリレーの発売について

東京--(BUSINESS WIRE)--（ビジネスワイヤ） -- 東芝デバイス＆ストレージ株式会社は、低トリガーLED 電流を実現した4ピンSO6パッケージのフォトリレー「TLP170AM」(阻止電圧60V)および「TLP170GM」(同350V)を製品化し、本日から出荷を開始します。

新製品はフォトダイオードアレイの感度を上げることにより、最大トリガーLED電流1mAを実現し、入力側電力損失を低減しています。そのため、電池で駆動するセキュリティー機器や各種センサーなどのON/OFF制御する出力として使用することで、機器の低消費電力化や長期動作化に貢献します。さらに、最小絶縁耐圧3750Vrmsを実現し、高い絶縁性能が必要な機器に使用できます。
