東京--(BUSINESS WIRE)--（ビジネスワイヤ） -- 東芝デバイス＆ストレージ株式会社は、データセンターや通信基地局などの産業機器向けスイッチング電源に適した最新世代プロセスを採用した、80V耐圧NチャネルパワーMOSFET 「U-MOS X-H(ユー・モス・テン・エイチ)シリーズ」を発売しました。表面実装タイプパッケージSOP Advance採用の「TPH2R408QM」、TSON Advance採用の「TPN19008QM」をラインアップし、本日から順次出荷を開始します。

最新世代プロセス「U-MOS X-Hシリーズ」80V耐圧製品は、従来世代プロセス「U-MOS VIII-Hシリーズ」80V耐圧製品と比べて、ドレイン･ソース間オン抵抗を約40%低減しました。さらに、素子構造を最適化し、ドレイン･ソース間オン抵抗とゲート電荷量特性^[注1]のトレードオフを改善^[注2]しました。これにより、業界トップ^[注3]の低損失を実現しました。

当社は、今後も損失を低減する製品のラインアップ拡充を推進し、機器の低消費電力化に貢献します。
