橋本市は、大阪周辺の住民を対象に、空家の管理、相続、活用に関するセミナーを通じて空家活用と移住を促すプロジェクトを開始します。イベントは令和6年12月8日にAP大阪駅前で行われ、空家の所有者と活用希望者の両方を対象としたセミナーと個別相談が用意されています。空家の適切な管理や空家バンクへの登録、橋本市への移住の促進が目的で、事前予約が推奨されます。参加希望者は事前申し込みを通じて、当日のセミナーに参加できます。

本市内の空家活用及び橋本市への移住を促進するためのプロジェクトとして、橋本市の空家等担当職員及び専門家団体を大阪駅周辺に派遣し、セミナー等を開催します。

【開催の目的】
1. 大阪周辺にお住まいの、橋本市内の空家等の所有者やその家族を対象に、空家等の管理、相続、処分等に関するセミナーや個別相談を実施することで、空家等の適切な管理や、将来に向けた相続準備、活用可能な空家等の空家バンクへの登録を促します。

2. 大阪周辺にお住まいの、地方移住を考えている世帯を対象に、空家の活用に関するセミナーや空家バンク登録物件の紹介を行うことで、空家バンクに登録している空家等を活用した橋本市への移住を促します。

大阪周辺にお住まいの方は、是非、事前申込の上ご参加下さい。管理、解体、相続などで困っている不動産を所有されている方は、空家バンク制度を通じた売却や賃貸をご検討いただき、売却、賃貸が困難な場合は助成制度を活用した若者世帯への無償譲渡にご協力ください。ご不明な点がありましたら、建築住宅課にお問い合わせください。

空家を使った移住、リノベーション、店舗経営、賃貸などの空家の利活用をお考えの方は是非、事前申込の上ご参加下さい。所有者が手放したいと考えている不動産の中にも、住宅用地・店舗として活用可能なものがあるかもしれません。空家活用セミナーに参加して、空家活用事例を参考に空家バンク制度の利用や空家の利活用を考えるきっかけになればと思います。詳しくは、空家バンクのホームページ等を参考に、ご不明な点は建築住宅課にお問い合わせください。
