1. 概要
DuraVision MDF2701W(以下 MDF2701W)は、船舶に搭載する電子海図表示システム(ECDIS)やレーダー情報を表示するモニターです。船舶の操舵室は窓に面しているため、日中は太陽光の反射により画面が見えにくくなります。MDF2701Wは、液晶パネルと保護ガラスの隙間を樹脂で埋める「オプティカルボンディング加工」を施しており、光の反射による画面の映り込みを抑制し、高い視認性を実現します。

さらに、MDF2701Wは、設計段階で最適な部材選定と高精度の強度解析を行い、従来機種に比べて軽量化と薄型化に成功しました。これにより、機器の設置作業が容易になりました。また、消費電力低減の追求とともに、内部の熱が効率的に流れるように熱流体解析を行い、冷却ファンのない構造を実現しました。ファンを用いないことで、機器の故障リスクを低減しています。

2. 主な特徴
＜船上での使用に特化した高い視認性＞
■オプティカルボンディング標準対応
一般的に、船舶内で使用されるモニターは日中もよく見えるように高輝度ですが、MDF2701Wは、オプティカルボンディング加工を施すことで、輝度を抑えつつ高い視認性を実現しました。350cd/m2の輝度で、オプティカルボンディング加工のない1160cd/m2の高輝度モニターとほぼ同等の視認性を確保しています(2024年3月、当社調べ)。また、輝度を抑えることで、消費電力の低減にも貢献します。

従来機種では、オプティカルボンディング加工はオプションでの対応でしたが、MDF2701Wでは標準仕様として、当社工場内に設ける専用設備で加工を行います。

350cd/m2から超低輝度0.05cd/m2まで広範囲に調光が可能です。

■広視野角パネル採用

■個体差のない均一表示
ECDISの色基準に適合すべく、1台ごとにバックライトの輝度、表示ガンマ、RGB各色の色度を測定し、表示が均一になるよう調整したうえで出荷しています。

■保護ガラスにAR(アンチリフレクション)コーティング、AF(アンチフィンガープリント)加工

最大消費電力は45Wで、近似サイズの従来機種に比べて50％以上低減しています。

■製品の一部でリサイクルプラスチックを使用
海岸から約50km以内の内陸部に廃棄されているオーシャン・バウンド・プラスチックを含むリサイクルプラスチックを使用し、資源循環の促進に貢献します。
