独自開発した新酵母を採用するとともに醸造方法を見直すことによって、さらにフルーティーで爽やかな香りと味わいを実現し、しぼりたての風味をより長くお楽しみいただける酒質となりました。

《資材変更点》

1. 瓶の軽量化を図りました。

① 省資源・廃棄物の減量
② 製造時エネルギー消費量の減少
③ 製造時や輸送時の二酸化炭素（CO2）排出量の削減
などにつながります。また、消費者の方にとっても、使いやすくなるメリットがあります。

2. シュリンクフィルムにバイオマスインキ（※1）を採用しました。

① 製造時のCO2排出量の削減
② 有機溶剤の使用量削減
などにつながります。

※1バイオマスインキとは、一般的な印刷インキ成分中に含まれる石油系有機化合物の一部を、植物原料由来の有機化合物に置き換えた環境にやさしいインキです。
