『株式会社壱番屋とは』

株式会社壱番屋は、「ココイチ」の愛称で知られるカレー専門店「カレーハウスCoCo壱番屋(カレーハウスココいちばんや)」の店舗運営及びフランチャイズ展開を行っている。ココイチは店舗数・カレー販売数でギネス世界記録(TM)にも認定された世界トップクラスのカレー専門店チェーンである。国内外でココイチ以外の業態も含め合計1460店舗(2018年7月現在)を展開。

■『XC-Gate導入から、利用用途、問題解決まで』

カレーハウスCoCo壱番屋で有名な、株式会社壱番屋様にて、テクノツリーのXC-Gateを導入。

XC-Gateの利用用途として、店舗での衛生巡回業務の中での品質チェックに使用。

店舗での状況をタブレットのカメラで撮影し、撮影した画像をメールで送信し、現場の改善に活用。

導入前の課題として、以前は、紙のチェックシートで運用していたため、紙に手書きするという作業が発生。この為、チェックシートが汚れてしまう、文字が読めないなどの問題が多数発生。

更に、業務終了後、各店舗で紙のチェックシートに記入された内容をパソコンに打ち込み、店舗に送るという作業を行っていたため、店舗に送るまでのタイムラグや時間、ストレスが大きく掛かっていた。

XC-Gate導入後は、ブラウザから現場で帳票を入力・作成することができるようになったため、紙をなくす・ペーパーレスの実現(紙コスト低減)と、店舗へタイムリーに結果をフィードバックすることが可能になり、事前準備作業や時間、店舗に送るまでのタイムラグなどが大きく低減した。

XC-Gateを選択した大きな理由として、タブレットからスマートフォンまで使えるため、全国店舗での展開がしやすいと思ったのが選択理由の一つ。更にブラウザで使えるため、端末ごとのインストール・アップデートの必要がなく、全体に負荷がないというのもXC-Gateの良いところ。

今後は、XC-Gate上に動画を登録し、動画による従業員への教育の他、教育の進捗状況の確認時にもXC-Gateを活用できればと思っている。また、店舗従事者が使用している帳票類など、全国の店舗にて、XC-Gateを活用していきたいと考えている。
