コネクシオ株式会社(本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：井上裕雄、以下コネクシオ)は、work with Pride(※1)が策定する企業・団体等におけるLGBTなどの性的マイノリティ(以下 LGBT)に関する取組みの評価指標「PRIDE指標」(※2)において「シルバー」を2017年10月11日に受賞しました。

今回の表彰では、同性パートナーを配偶者として認定する社内制度や、LGBTに関する研修の実施、LGBTへのハラスメント禁止を社内規程に追加したこと等が評価されました。

コネクシオは今後も、多様な個性や価値観を持った従業員一人ひとりがより活躍できる柔軟な働き方の整備や職場環境づくりの推進により、ダイバーシティ経営を促進していきます。

※1 LGBTに関するダイバーシティ・マネジメントの促進と定着を支援する任意団体です。日本の企業内でLGBTの人々が自分らしく働ける職場づくりを進めるための情報を提供し、各企業が積極的に取り組むきっかけを提供することを目的としています。
