鮭の唐揚げりんご酢南蛮

青森県は、青森県発の美容・健康成分“あおもりPG(プロテオグリカン)”の認知度向上を目的として、2016年11月28日(月)から12月3日(土)までの6日間、丸の内タニタ食堂にて【キレイと健康をつくる青森WEEK＠丸の内タニタ食堂】を開催し、あおもりPGを配合したりんご酢をはじめ、青森県産食材を使用したオリジナル定食を期間限定で提供します。この期間しか食べられない限定メニューです。

【あおもりPG(プロテオグリカン)とは？】

あおもりPGとは弘前大学が開発した技術により抽出されたプロテオグリカン(PG)のことです。プロテオグリカンは、いま、大変注目されている美容・健康成分で、もともと私たちの体内に存在し、コラーゲンやヒアルロン酸とともに、肌や軟骨を支える役割を担っています。

他にも青森県産の鮭、ごぼう、にんじんを使用。身はふっくら、カラッと揚げた鮭に、甘酸っぱいりんご酢がジュ～ッとしみ込んだ一品。ごぼうとにんじんの食感がアクセントに！
