東京ガールズキックボクシングクラブ(東京都港区　代表：瀬戸晴加)は、主要大学のミスコンテストとコラボレーションし、21世紀の輝く女性を応援する“女子力向上プロジェクト”をスタートしました。

上智、中央、立教、学習院、國學院、駒沢、成蹊など7つの大学のミスコンテストのファイナリストたちが、ミスコンテスト最終日に向けた今後数週間、「キックボクシング」で健康的に女子力向上を目指します。

キックボクシングや格闘技というとかつては男性のスポーツというイメージがありましたが、全身を使って短時間に効率良くボディシェイプができ、パンチやキックによるストレス発散効果も兼ねているため、最近では感度の高い女性の間で大きなブームになっています。

毎回60分間のガールズキッククラスでは「運動で身体を温め、普段から少食を心がける」をテーマに、単なる見た目のシェイプアップだけでなく、女性の体質改善や免疫力の向上にも力を入れています。

本プロジェクトを通じてさらに多くの女性にキックボクシングの魅力を伝えたいと思います。
