薬物使い不同意わいせつ容疑　逮捕の市議、辞職許可　東京・府中

府中市の秋田隆一市議が不同意わいせつ容疑で逮捕され、辞職願が手塚歳久議長により受理されました。秋田容疑者は20代男性に薬物混入後、体を触ったとして容疑を認めています。市議会は現在28人の議員で構成されています。

　東京都府中市の手塚歳久議長は11日、不同意わいせつ容疑で警視庁に逮捕されていた同市議の秋田隆一容疑者（27）から出されていた辞職願を受理し、許可した。

　秋田容疑者は、8月4日夜から翌5日未明にかけて、20代男性の飲食物に睡眠作用のある薬物を混ぜ、自宅マンションで体を触ったとして逮捕され、容疑を認めている。

　秋田容疑者は2023年4月の府中市議選に立候補し、初当選した。

　市議会はすでに1人の欠員があり、定数30に対し28人となった。【矢野純一】
