老舗酒造の梅酒×英国発オーガニック紅茶！「古酒仕込み紅茶梅酒」誕生

梅酒×オーガニック紅茶

富永貿易株式会社と沢の鶴株式会社とのコラボ商品、オーガニックダージリンティーを使った新感覚の梅酒「古酒仕込み紅茶梅酒」（税別1,280円）が誕生。2020年9月28日（月）より販売を開始します。

英国発オーガニック茶葉を使用

2年前より紅茶を使った梅酒の開発を行ってきた老舗酒造の「沢の鶴」が、今回富永貿易へ紅茶の選定の協力を依頼。これにより、富永貿易が輸入販売するロンドン発のオーガニックティーメーカー「HAMPSTEAD TEA（ハムステッドティー）」を使った梅酒が実現しました。

ベースの梅酒は、3年以上熟成させた純米酒に南高梅を漬け込んだもの。その上質な梅酒で「HAMPSTEAD TEA」のオーガニックダージリン茶葉を抽出しています。じっくり熟成させた古酒の奥深い味わいと、ダージリンの豊かな風味がマッチした1本です。
