家に入る前に「花粉を払う」だけで効果が期待できる！

最もてっとり早くできる花粉を家に持ち込まない方法は、「花粉を家に入る前に払い落とす」こと。

玄関前で立ち止まり、全身を手ではたいて花粉を落とすだけである程度の効果が期待できます。

特に花粉がつきやすいのが、肩や靴の先、バッグなど。

全身をくまなく、両手を使ってパンパンとはたくだけで効果が期待できます！

柔軟剤で花粉のつきにくい衣服に

室内に花粉を持ち込む最大の原因は、着ている衣服です。

花粉対策のポイントのひとつは、服にそもそも花粉がつかないようにすること！

おすすめは、花粉がつきにくくなる柔軟剤を使用することです。

「花粉がつきにくい」と銘打っている柔軟剤がなかなか見つからない…。

そんな時は「静電気を防ぐ」という効果が期待できる柔軟剤を買うのがおすすめです。

花粉がつく要因のひとつは、静電気によるもの。

花粉が静電気によって引き寄せられ、衣服に付着してしまうのです。

そのため、静電気を防ぐ・花粉を防ぐといった効果を打ち出している柔軟剤であれば、花粉対策の一定の効果が期待できますよ！

凹凸の少ない生地は花粉がつきにくい

春や秋の花粉シーズンには、着用する衣類の素材にも是非、気を遣ってみてください。

例えば、ウール素材やコーデュロイの衣類は凹凸があるため、付着した花粉が離れにくいんです。
