どうして小豆がダイエットにいいの？

ダイエット方法はとても簡単

小豆スープの作り方は？

乾燥あずき 50g
沸騰したお湯 400ml
コンソメキューブ 1個
塩少々

これらの材料を魔法瓶やスープジャーに入れて軽く振ります。
その後6～7時間放置するだけで1日分の小豆スープが完成です。

この時にボトルを横にして置くのがポイントです◎

縦に置くと下に小豆がたまってしまい上手く混ざってくれません。

小豆は硬いので無理に食べる必要はないですが、もし食べる場合は電子レンジで1分程温めると柔らかくなって食べやすいです。

カレー粉や味噌などを加えて、自分好みの味にアレンジすると飽きずに続けられます。色々試してみてくださいね♪

1日3食の毎食前に飲むだけ

ダイエット方法はとても簡単で、作った小豆スープを1日3食の毎食前に分けて飲むだけです。

朝食の前に飲むと1日の糖の吸収を緩やかにしてくれますので、朝は少し多めに飲むのがおすすめです◎
